Signing up for Shop Your Way rewards is easy. Simply click the Get Started button at the top of the screen and sign up to start earning. You will gain access to your savings dashboard, including your Shop Your Way points balance, exclusive member-only deals, and more. You can also download and register seamlessly through the SYW app too.

There are several easy ways to track your Shop Your Way rewards points:

• Online: Log in to your Shop Your Way account. Once you log in, you’ll be able to view your current points balance and recent point activity on your profile drop-down and your “My Points page.”
• In-App: Log into your account. Tap on the Rewards tab at the top of the screen next to your profile account icon. Here you’ll see your current point balance and a breakdown of how you earned those points.
• Email & Text: You can also sign up for email or text alerts to know when you’ve earned new points.

You can always view your points balance for all purchases made on your card in the Redeem tab on our website. You can also download the Shop Your Way app, which is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You can redeem your rewards points online.

Here’s how to redeem your points online:

1. Sign into your Shop Your Way account
2. Shop for gift cards www.shopyourway.com/giftcards – (be sure to check out some of our most popular ones like Amazon.com, Lowes.com, Walmart.com)
3. When you go to checkout, click the “Use Points” link. You’ll be prompted to enter the dollar value of the points you would like to you.
4. Once you’ve entered the number of points you want to use, click the “Apply” button, and your total will be adjusted accordingly.
5. Complete the checkout process as normal.

You can redeem your Shop Your Way rewards for gift cards in a few simple steps.

• Log in to your Shop Your Way account and click on the “Rewards” tab.
• Click on the “Redeem Rewards” button and select “Gift Cards” from the drop-down menu.
• Enter the amount of rewards you want to redeem, and choose your gift card provider from the list.
• Click on the “Redeem” button to complete the process.

Gift cards will be sent to the email address associated with your Shop Your Way account within 24 hours. The gift card will come from Shop Your Way orderconfirmation@syw.com via pmta.sailthru.com if you need to search for it in your email inbox search bar. Sometimes it may go to your Spam folder. If you have any questions about redeeming your rewards, please contact Customer Service.

Points will be available to redeem approximately one week after the eligible purchase is made but may be available as early as the next day. Members can check their points balance by going to shopyourway.com or downloading the Shop Your Way app, which is available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.

Yes. You can use your Shop Your Way rewards points to purchase gift cards from over 100+ brands like Amazon, Dunkin Donuts, Nike, Apple Music, Thrive Market, Bass Pro Shops, Sam’s Club, and more*! The number of points required to purchase a gift card varies by retailer, but you can typically redeem points for a $5 gift card with as few as 1,000 points.

To redeem your points for a gift card, simply:

• Log in to your Shop Your Way account and navigate the “Rewards” section.
• Search for Gift Cards by retailer or browse through the available options.
• Select the gift card you want to purchase and enter the amount you want to spend.
• Pay for your purchase using your Shop Your Way rewards points.
• Enjoy the convenience of having a gift card on hand for future use.

All of your previously purchased gift cards will be found in your Shop Your Way app.

To find your Shop Your Way gift cards:

1. Download our ShopYourWay app
2. log in to your account.
3. Tap on Wallet on the bottom right of the app

By mail: Your gift cards are delivered via email to the email used on your SYW account. The email will come from the address below, so you can search for it in your email. orderconfirmation@syw.com. Please check your Junk, Spam, Trash, and Promotions folders for an email from Shop Your Way.

Like to shop on Amazon? When you cash in Shop Your Way points, you can shop for Amazon gift cards in our rewards gift card store. Assuming you already have a Shop Your Way account (if not, sign up at shopyourway.com), here’s how to start racking up Amazon rewards:

• Sign up to earn rewards points on every dollar you spend.
• Redeem those points for Amazon gift cards.
• Store Amazon gift cards in your wallet or access them via the app.
• Amazon gift cards never expire.

Yes, Shop Your Way rewards expire; however, there are different validation periods for points based on how you received them. Expiration dates will appear in terms and conditions on each program you are earning from. Please log in to your account at www.shopyourway.com or in-app to view your points balance and when they expire.
